Please note that there is a block-out period of 2 weeks before Christmas and 3 weeks before Chinese New Year. This e-voucher is valid for new customers only, with a limit of 1 voucher per customer. The e-voucher is redeemable from Monday to Friday, between 11am and 8pm, and on Saturdays from 11am to 6:30pm.
To ensure the best experience, please make a prior appointment for the treatment, subject to availability. Any no-shows or cancellation of appointments made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the voucher. Please present the e-voucher before the service commences and before redemption.
The e-voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer. It is non-exchangeable for cash, products, treatments, and/or gift certificates. Expired e-vouchers will not be accepted.
